Step One: Become a customer…

This first step is the most important as specific contact requirements or specifications you may have can be passed on to us. Although our qualified team of professional marketers and designers are great at developing original ideas and designs, they aren’t very good at reading minds. Certain images, colours, or themes that you envision must therefore be requested during any stage. Having immediate contact information is a must.

Step two: We contact you…

Once you’ve become a customer or ordered, we will contact you to confirm your request, and to answer any questions you may have, or any further requirements we may need or want. This can be via the easiest communications means. Any order adjustment will be done at this step.

Step three: Order confirmation…

In order to execute your design, we require a minimum 30% deposit or approved purchase order number from your accounts to confirm that you would like to proceed with the design stage to concept delivery. You may pay online using PayPal a trusted online payment process, or, payment can be done by bank deposit or submitting a purchase order after account confirmation.

Step four: Presentation…

Once we have received your deposit we’ll get straight to work on your requirements so that ideas as concepts can be presented to you as proofs in varying strategies, designs, colours, web code and styles. From these proofs, one must be selected in order to proceed to the next stage. It is vital at this point for you to be 100% sure that you are happy with the selected design. Once you have chosen from the proof provided, there is no going back.

Step five: Design Development…

Now that you’ve selected the foundation for your collateral product, we will work with you to develop and revise the idea, incorporating different needs, rules, colours, fonts, and graphics according to your feedback. Once you are totally satisfied with the design revisions you can then approve the marketing collateral before moving on to the next step.

Final preperation and saving out of your design

Step five: Finalisation…

Upon receiving your final approval, your collateral will then be professionally prepared and sent to you in various document formats such as EPS, JPG, GIF, TIFF or .DOC, .PDF or even web code that maybe needed. It is also at this stage that we require the balance of your chosen package to be paid in full.
