Are there additional charges for multiple colors?

No. Our logo design is one flat rate regardless of color combinations. It is recommended however to select no more than three base colours for an effective design.

How long will the logo design process take?

You largely control how long your project takes by how quickly you review and give feedback about the designs we send you. 

How can I pay for my design?

Visa, Mastercard via PayPal, Cheque or Internet Banking. 

How do I receive my initial concepts?

You will receive your initial concepts via email in PDF format. 

Can I talk to someone for design advice?

You can email your designer at anytime for guidance, recommendations, and assistance.

What if I have my own idea for the company logo?

Any idea that may help our designer create a logo to your satisfaction is welcomed.  

Can you redo my existing company logo?

Yes, we can re-work your existing design or reproduce in industry standard format.  

I’m not based in New Zealand can you help me?

We currently only serve customers from New Zealand & Australia. If you are outside of these two countries please contact us prior to placing an order.

What formats do I receive my completed logo design in?
We provide you with industry standard formats suitable for all print and web-based applications. AI, JPG, TIF, BMP, GIF, PDF, EPS. 

How do I receive my final logo?
We deliver your final logo formats either via email or ship on CD depending on your preference.

I want my final logo flash animated, can you do this?
Yes, however animation is additional to the standard design charge.  

Will my final logo be in vector format?
Yes, Vector based designs are scalable and editable and can be manipulated to any size without distortion. 

Can I request additional variations of the logo formats?
Simply contact us with your requirements and we will respond promptly. 

When do I receive my completed logo design?
Your final logo will be dispatched promptly on receipt of payment.  

Will you supply me with the fonts used in the design?
If a set font is used in the final design this can be requested however an additional charge may apply.

What is POP email?
POP stands for Post Office Protocol which is used to store and download your incoming email.  

What is web hosting?

Web hosting is a place to store your website to let your customers see it. Your domain name is your address on the Internet. Web hosting includes email services so that people can send you email on your domain name. To make all this work the website files that make up your website reside on high speed computer/s (servers) with built in redundancies so that you can be guarantee your website and email will be working at least 99.8% of the time (it can not be 100% as this would mean if the earth disappeared then the website would still work :-). All this is provided to you in the form of website hosting plans. Depending on the size of your website or the number of email accounts you need you can choose a plan that best suites your needs. Im currently with another hosting provider, can I switch to your hosting services?

Yes, we will transfer your site from the old provider to our servers in most cases free of charge.  

What does data transfer or “traffic” refer to?

Data transfer is the volume of information that is transferred to or from your website. Every time a visitor looks at your website data is transferred. Data transfer also includes any email sent to you on your domain name. All website hosting plans include a generous amount of traffic. As your site grows and increases in visitors you may need to upgrade your plan to a larger data allocation.  

Does your hosting plans include web-based email?

Yes, web-based email allows you to access your emails from any computer connected to the internet.  

Can I view the website statistics?

Yes, you can easily log in to your web hosting control panel and view statistical information.  

What does megabytes or disc space refer to?

It is the amount of storage space you can use on our servers to hold all (web pages, images and scripts) files associated with your website.  

Can I upgrade to a larger account?

Yes, At any time you can upgrade your site to a larger hosting account.

Once your website design is complete we will submit your site to 65 search engines free of charge. Basic submission includes Google, Yahoo and Bing.

Can you optimize my site for better search engine rankings?

How long does it take to have a web site designed?

The time frame is determined by the size of your website and the complexity of the design. We will provide you with an estimated time frame before we start your project.  

Do you work off templates?

No, all our website designs are 100% unique.  

If I already have a site can you help me improve it?

Yes, We can redesign or add content to an existing site.

Can I add more pages at a later time?

Yes, you can add more pages at anytime. Please note there will be an additional fee.

Who "owns" the website after it is created?

The website is owned by you. We only reserve the right to display in our online portfolio if desired.

What software can you work with?

Adobe Creative Suite. Please contact us if you are unsure if we can work with a particular file type.  

What if I am not located in your geographical area?

Many of our satisfied clients are from out of our geographical area. Most communication on a project is conducted via email, telephone and fax. All mock-ups and deliverables can be readily viewed in web format via a browser.  

What kind of graphic design services do you provide?

We provide logo design, brochure design, illustrations, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, marketing, stationary — including business card, letterhead, envelope, and presentation folder design, and any other printing your business may require. Can you design a brochure and other requirements to compliment my new branding?

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?

A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. We will supply the electronic files to you on CD or through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.  

Who owns the copyright for work done for me?

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes on our website.
